South Asia Expo provides an Accommodation Booking Letter service to help you secure your accommodation for the Expo. However, this service comes with a few terms and conditions. So, before requesting an accommodation booking letter, read the following terms and conditions:
- Payment Terms: Our accommodation booking letter service is for booking purposes only. It will not be your final reservation until you complete the payment within 60 days of this letter. If you do not complete the payment within the specific deadline, we’ll cancel the reservation.
- Non-Refundable Service: The service fee (150 CAD) you pay for the accommodation booking letter is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you pay for the services, there will be no room to ask for any kind of return.
- Additional Fee: The accommodation booking letter doesn’t guarantee a reservation without making the final payment. The service fee (150 CAD) is only for the letter; it doesn’t contribute to the final cost. You need to pay the additional fees depending on the quality of the room and other facilities.
- Hotel Location: We book hotels based on your requirements near the downtown of the expo city. Additional details about the hotel, such as hotel name and address, check-in, check-out time, and other details, will be shared when you complete the full payment for your reservation.
- Acceptance of Terms: We’ve made our accommodation booking letter service clear and transparent by outlining the terms and conditions on this page. So, when you request this service, we assume you read and agreed with the terms and conditions we mentioned above.
- Amendments to Terms: South Asia Expo has the full authority to change, update, and modify the terms and conditions of the accommodation booking letter service. To request reservation confirmation, please email your reservation booking number to contact@southasiaexpo.ca. We’ll provide you with detailed guidelines such as hotel details, payment instructions, and other relevant information. If you fail to do so, we’ll cancel the booking and transfer it to the other delegates.
